Harrison Platform Bed with Wood or Upholstered Headboard
Our Harrison Platform Bed features a headboard of solid wood or upholstered in your choice from a range of Sensuede colors.
The headboard panel is a full 20″ high and the full width of the bed frame. The headboard is easily detached from the frame via 8 bolts.
The total height with the headboard is 42″h. From the floor to the top of the slats it’s 12″h.
Sensuede is available in over one hundred colors and is very suitable for a headboard, due to its durability, This fabric is also easy to clean. For more information see the Sensuede site of American Silk Co.
Our platform beds are made in our Brooklyn workshop of locally sourced hardwoods and finished with non-toxic plant oil and wax.
The Harrison Platform bed with headboard is designed for use with a mattress only – no box spring or foundation is necessary. The mattress is supported by a an array of hardwood slats that promote beneficial ventilation for the mattress.
We are confidant that Harrison Headboard Platform Bed frames will last for generations – the reason is bolted construction.
