Delivery beyond the range of our company trucks
The world is getting smaller every day. The reach of our advertising has been made global thanks to the Internet. Unfortunately the physical delivery of our products has not kept pace. Furniture is bulky and prone to damage if not handled carefully. The practical delivery limit for our company trucks is about 75 miles or so, a little further in some directions.
Some of our dining chairs and bed frames can be shipped via UPS. This is noted on the item page.
We can help to arrange for delivery to many parts of the country using third party delivery companies. These companies offer in-home blanket-wrapped delivery and set-up of furniture. Please understand that we can suggest the use of carriers that we've had a positive experience with in the past but ultimately it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the carrier to their needs and the contract for carriage is between the purchaser and the carrier.
For the northeastern US we can suggest Lowell's Moving and Delivery Red Carpet Service. Their website provides specific information of their service area as well as contact information.

For most metropolitan areas in the country we can suggest Clark & Reid, a very respected firm that specializes in home delivery of fine furniture.
Please call our showroom and speak with a customer representative to obtain a delivery quotation or you may obtain the quotation directly from the carriers. We can provide weights and measurements upon request.
Please understand that the carriage of the merchandise is for the account of the purchaser and delivery charges are additional charges to paid by the purchaser.
Once the merchandise has been tendered to the carrier we no longer have control of the delivery arrangements and the client will need to make some arrangements with the carrier to effect delivery. We will try to help in anyway that we can but please realize that once we have tendered the merchandise to a carrier we cannot compel performance of the carrier.
Please understand that long distance furniture carriers operate under tight schedules and cannot hope to make deliveries that are necessarily convenient with the purchaser's schedule.
The filing and settlement of claims for damages that may occur are the responsibility of the purchaser. The delivery contract is between the carrier and the purchaser, not us, the shipper.
